365 Days Returns & Exchanges Policy

At 75degreeeast.pk, we want you to shop with confidence. We gladly accept unworn, unused products with original tags and packaging throughout the year—up to 365 days from the purchase date (note: purchases must not be older than 60 days).

Products with Genuine Faults

  • Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge in areas serviced by our logistic partners.

  • Our courier will arrange the pickup and delivery of the replacement.

  • If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at our expense.

  • Delivery charges for returns or exchanges will not be refunded if there is no genuine fault.

Return Requirements

  • Include a copy of the invoice and clearly state the reason for the return.

  • Merchandise must be sent via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post).

  • Customers wishing to exchange products without defects must cover shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to studio lighting; color-related exchanges or refunds are not accepted.

  • For change of mind, customer error, or personal reasons, products can only be replaced or a voucher issued for future purchases.

  • Refund requests are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.

  • All returns must be sent to 75degreeeast.pk’s return address. Contact customer support for details.

Steps to Return or Exchange

1. Contact Customer Support
Call 0322-0688060 or email contactus75degreeeast@gmail.com to initiate your return, replacement, or exchange.

2. Repack the Item
Ensure the product is securely packaged. Send a photo of the packaging to customer support for approval. You will then receive instructions on the next steps.

3. Replacement

  • For defective or incorrect items, our courier will pick up the product from your location and deliver the replacement to your doorstep.

  • For returns due to change of mind or personal reasons, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return

  • Customers returning items for personal reasons must send the merchandise via traceable delivery at their own expense.
